Mr. "Bertrand" Winsky is the head of the school safety patrol. He is very serious about safety, showing why he doesn't let Greg be in Safety Patrol anymore because he chases the kindergartners with a worm on a stick while Rowley takes a quiz, instead of ROWLEY. Rowley was first blamed for the incident.
