Aunt Cakey
- "Somebody take this kid to a speech therapist!"
- —-Aunt Cakey in the online version
Aunt Cakey is the aunt of Greg, Rodrick and Manny.
She appears in Diary of a Wimpy Kid Online, on November 14 and 25 as cameos, and from then on, has only been mentioned by Greg. She later appears in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Hard Luck as Susan's eldest sister.
Personality
She's shown to not be fond of children and whenever Rodrick or Greg would complain about being bored, she'd make them do household work—Greg also claims that she's "immune" to Manny's act.
According to Hard Luck, she's Susan Heffley's oldest sister and is said to have never married or had kids of her own. It's also said that she had a dog named Rudy in the original online version of the book.
Also according to Hard Luck (and the original online version), Greg figures that he's probably at least part of the reason why Aunt Cakey isn't exactly a "kid-person," because Greg claims that when he was around five, he had to spend the night at her house, and after she sent Greg to bed, she told him not to touch the clothes-iron. Unfortunately, Greg ended up doing just that, which caused him to get a second-degree burn on his hand—Greg claims that Aunt Cakey was in the doghouse with Susan for a while after that, and it was very long time before Susan would trust Cakey to look after her sons again.
Appearance
She has an earring, she wears a dress, and she has a bun. It is unknown what color her clothing is due to the book's black and white nature. In the book, she has a rounder face and wears slippers or sandals. She also has no wrinkles.

Trivia
- She is the only woman that doesn't like Manny.
- Aunt Cakey seemed to be on edge when she was babysitting Greg. It could be possible that she had babysat Rodrick once, which, knowing Rodrick, explains her reason for being on edge.
- Aunt Cakey believes Manny needs a speech therapist as he has problems with his "R"s and "L"s.
