Stan Warren is Frank's boss who also has three children of his own. He is only seen in Rodrick Rules and The Last Straw. He is played by Phil Hayes in the film version of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days.There is a running gag that he appears to meet Frank Heffley when ever he is in an embarrising situation. He is the main antagonist in Dog Days.
