He is seen three times, first at the bus making fun of Greg and Rowley, then at a fast food resturant throwing Greg's food on the floor and laughing when Kenny, a teenager at Greg's soccer team, beep Mr. Litch's car horn in front Mr. Litch while he is talking to Mr. Boone. He is in Greg's soccer team.
