Rory Screws Up was an allegory story made by Greg in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules. The story is about a monkey called Rory who lives with his family, his family loves him even when he breaks things or does anything bad. One day he accidentally pressed the doorbell, the family thought he is intelligent and fed him bananas. One day his master's car broke, after hearing this Rory thought he was smart and started his failed attempt to fix the car. In the end Rory learns that he is a monkey and monkeys do not fix cars. This was meant to tell Rodrick that he is not good at repairing cars and he should not do it himself.
