The Free Hugs Club is one of the school clubs in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Hard Luck. The club was "on the fringe" according to Greg Heffley. When someone had a rough day, the Free Hugs Club will hug one of them. However, they did not ask for permission before hugging the subject, and whether or not the person had had a rough day was judged by pure guesswork.
