Extreme Sports Stix are a food item that Westmore Middle School serves in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Cabin Fever. They are a part of a series of "healthy alternatives" in a push to advocate healthy eating at the school. Greg goes to an assembly at his school that shows a video about healthy eating, and later comments that French fries have been replaced by Extreme Sports Stix, which are merely sliced carrots.
