George Fleer is a minor character in Greg's grade and also went to the Lock-In. George has a serious "outie" and he started chasing people around with it showing like a maniac. George is weird a little and loves doing stuff with it. Greg mentioned that he has some sort of silly problem or whatever. George is always claimed to be awkward, receptive, and bursting without hyperactive issues. He has a lot of weird things on his body, but soon it will grow off when he gets to be a adult.

George named himself Great George at the Lock-In.
Picture Game
In the picture game, George suggested taking pictures of his belly button, but he had a serious outie, so everyone would identify the picture easily, it ended up being a picture of Tyson Sander's bent elbow & arm, but the teachers mistook it for someone's butt, until Tyson explained about the picture.
Sleeping Disaster
After everyone had to go to sleep, George started chasing everyone with his outie
