Extreme Sports Stix are a new lunch item at Greg's school in Cabin Fever, and were part of a line of assorted healthy foods that replaced items that the school deemed to be unhealthy. These replaced french fries, and despite the appealing name and packaging for this product, they are just normal carrot sliced into a shape of stick.
