Mr. Brown is the father of Abigail Brown and the husband of Mrs. Brown. He appears when Greg goes to his house to pick Abigail up for the Valentine's Day Dance. Since Mr. Brown was obviously a State Trooper, Greg felt intimidated by his presence as he was sitting in the front room waiting for Abigail to come downstairs.
