Rory is a monkey from Greg's allegory, Rory Screws Up. Rory's family loves Rory even if he breaks something, and he once accidentally pressed the bell and the family thought he did it on purpose and they thought he was smart and gave him bananas. Just then his owner's car broke down, Rory thought of fixing it, but Rory ended breaking it more than before. Greg got the idea when he was looking at Rodrick working on his van.
