Rodrick's Penpal was a girl from Netherlands,She must be an adult since she was seventeen when Rodrick was in Middle-School.

She only seen in Rodrick Rules when Greg found  Rodrick's letters from her in Rodrick's junk drawer,she hasn't been heard or seen since.

This made Greg jealous because he wanted the same kind of penpal as Rodrick had but he doesn't gets one
