Poptropica is a MMORPG child-oriented game designed by the author of Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Jeff Kinney.

There is a wimpy kid based island called Wimpy Wonderland released in 2011, there is another called Wimpy Boardwalk released in 2012.
Poptropica has many Wimpy Kid advertisments.
Greg Heffley has appeared on the main streets of islands to announce brand new books and to also advertise movies and other franchise.
A mini-game was also launched were you had to roll over a pig for the advertisment of The Long Haul.
