Grayson Russell (born December 27, 1998) is an American actor that played Fregley in the films, who is one of the few characters not to be given a last name and an awkward and unpopular classmate of Greg Heffley. Based on many critics, he was given an A+, as he was said to be "born" to play the role. He wore fake glasses to play Fregley. He reprised the role as Fregley in the sequels, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules (2011) and Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days (2012).
