Diary of a Wimpy Kid Rodrick Rules is an upcoming animated film based on the second book, Rodrick Rules. It will be released on Template:Wp.[1] This will be the 2nd animated movie and the 6th movie overall. It succeeds Diary of a Wimpy Kid (2021 film).
History
On November 12, 2021 Jeff Kinney confirmed on Twitter that there will be another film for Disney+ and that the whole team is currently working on it. Other than that, not much is known about this film. Jeff Kinney has confirmed that Rodrick Rules will be a bit longer than 2021's film.
Synopsis
In a new school year, his brother Rodrick teases him over and over and over and over again. Will Greg manage to get along with him? Or will a secret ruin everything?
