In the entry, he carelessly spits out a piece of gum from his mouth, only for it to land on Greg's head. Greg, forgetting to switch back from his and Rodrick's code language, subsequently calls David a "Raspberry Plastic Tickle Bear!". This doesn't appear to upset David too much, ultimately confusing him.
